Leading Vacation Rental Company faced high volumes of invalid or inaccurate concession and reimbursement expenses due to complex appeasement policies, inefficient real-time vetting, and slow escalation—hindering policy adherence and customer satisfaction. They engaged Laivly and its Sidd enforce module to help agents and a new Expense Approval Team approve “make goods” faster and more accurately.
Laivly implemented Sidd (NLP, digital automation, and ML) to compile relevant data across the brand’s tech stack, guide agents with in-CRM overlays, and simplify implementation without backend APIs. In a three-month pilot with 201 agents Laivly achieved a 41% improvement in expense accuracy, created 2,052 Sidd-generated expense tickets, saved $33.62 per Sidd-solved ticket and $68,162 during the pilot, and projects $17.6M in network-wide annual savings (with ~$3.1M annual rejected expenses estimated from the pilot) while preserving customer satisfaction.
