JNR Networks, a Tucson-based MSP founded in 2005 by James Riley, needed to grow its client base and add staff without sacrificing service quality. Riley was stretched thin—working long hours and reluctant to hand off engineering work—so the company needed scalable processes, clear roles and reliable onboarding to maintain standards as it expanded.

JNR implemented LabTech automation and ConnectWise, documented core processes, defined hiring criteria and roles, and added a LabTech Automation Specialist to drive automation and training. The result: a six-person team now manages about 500 seats (with capacity for several hundred more), service quality improved, Riley transitioned to CEO/mentor while delegating ~95% of engineering work, and the firm has begun offering business consulting.
