EDTS, founded in 1999 with offices in Georgia and South Carolina, is a managed IT services provider focused on building a strong team and delivering high-quality client support. Rapid growth from two acquisitions in 2011–2012 created integration challenges — differing client expectations, expanded staff and hours, and gaps in client-specific knowledge that led to service inconsistencies during the transition.
EDTS addressed these issues by merging best practices, increasing transparency and communication, extending support hours, and working with partners like LabTech and ConnectWise to improve processes. The company revamped data collection and is automating onboarding to speed resolution and reduce knowledge gaps; as a result, service improved for most clients, EDTS stabilized its operations and continues to grow while refining contracts, culture and offerings.
