EDTS, founded in 1999 with offices in Georgia and South Carolina, is a managed IT services provider focused on building a strong team and delivering high-quality client support. The company revamped data collection and is automating onboarding to speed resolution and reduce knowledge gaps; as a result, service improved for most clients, EDTS stabilized its operations and continues to grow while refining contracts, culture and offerings.
