DaVinci Digital - Customer Case Study

DaVinci Digital is a Portland-based IT services firm founded in 1994 that manages over 1,300 endpoints with a 13-person staff. Wanting to remain a small, customer-focused shop, the company faced a productivity challenge: engineers were spending valuable on-site time on routine monitoring, maintenance and patching, and their existing tools (Autotask and GFI) didn’t provide the automation or tight Autotask integration needed to prevent tickets from slipping through the cracks.

DaVinci adopted LabTech as its remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform and built automation, scripting and integrations with Autotask. The change reduced travel, increased engineer productivity and allowed the team to support more endpoints while improving documentation and service quality; they even retained remote customers without local staff. To address customer perception of reduced on-site presence, DaVinci added branded messaging, proactive visits and reporting—resulting in greater efficiency, stronger customer confidence and scalable growth.
