ARRC Technology, a Bakersfield, CA managed service provider supporting about 160 clients, grew rapidly after implementing LabTech RMM but ran into scaling and margin problems. Heterogeneous, aging customer hardware and an early “all-you-can-eat” service model drove excessive onsite work and eroded profits, so ARRC needed to create standardization across client environments to scale effectively.

ARRC responded by launching Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS), supplying standardized, reliable equipment, focusing on a limited set of platforms, and leveraging LabTech automation and vendor management.
