Kettlebell Kitchen is a healthy meal-delivery service that creates dietician-approved, goal-driven meal plans (low/high-carb options) to help customers lose weight, build muscle, or follow specific diets. As the company scales — now operating in 14 states with 900+ pickup locations and plans to expand to nationwide delivery — it faced fragmented customer touchpoints (phone and email) and limited visibility into routes, gyms and delivery issues that made consistent CX and operational coordination difficult.
Kettlebell centralized customer conversations with Kustomer (integrated with Aircall) and is building API and back-office integrations to synchronize delivery, route and location data. That unified view is improving service, enabling targeted segmentation (even by specific meal choices), reducing friction when deliveries go wrong, and supporting rapid expansion as the company opens new kitchens and ramps toward nationwide service.
