The program generated steady growth over nine months, with more than 550,000 trial participants, 140,000 active secure email users, nearly 50,000 enrollments, over 300,000 electronic bills mailed, and 60,000 bill payments made via secure email, helping the utility reach 2.5 million e-bill customers and move closer to its 50% paperless goal.
