Classroom to the Community Learning Experiences with Peer Assessment

The University of Missouri's Professor Sarah Buckallew sought a way to effectively assess students who were applying their nutrition knowledge in a real-world community food pantry setting, a process that was difficult for a single instructor to observe and grade.
