T-Mobile needed a highly unique apparel piece to hand out to employees for a product launch: a full-zip (head-to-hem) hooded jacket with an all-over dye-sublimated custom pattern. After several vendors couldn’t meet the technical and design requirements, T-Mobile engaged Kotis Design and its Tech services to tackle the brief.

Kotis Design developed a new pattern and tech knit, iterated through garment and design alterations, and settled on a soft‑shell jacket material to produce the one-of-a-kind, dye‑sublimated jackets. Kotis Design delivered the finished jackets that exceeded T-Mobile’s expectations and won an industry award for “most unique product,” demonstrating clear creative and technical success.
