Case Study: Alaska Airlines achieves a decade of Pride celebration and inclusive branded swag with Kotis Design

A Decade of Pride with Alaska Airlines

Alaska Airlines partnered with Kotis Design to create Pride-themed merchandise and creative materials, using Kotis Design’s Print Shop and Creative Services to promote inclusivity and empower employees. The challenge was to design and produce unique, high-quality swag—shirts, pins, luggage tags and branded cutouts—that could be used across dozens of Pride events and made available to employees and customers year-round.

Kotis Design’s creative team designed and manufactured the apparel and items, coordinating production and distribution so Alaska could outfit employees and sell merchandise in their retail store. The result: sustained visibility and engagement over a decade—dozens of Pride appearances from Honolulu to Portland to Boston, shirts sent to hundreds of employees, and ongoing brand affinity—demonstrating Kotis Design’s measurable impact through repeatable Print Shop and Creative Services.
