Canterbury Christchurch University, which serves around 16,700 students across five campuses, needed an easier way for website visitors and students to find information quickly. To improve web self-service and dynamic FAQs in its student help area ("i-zone"), the university selected Knowledge Powered Solutions' KPS Knowledge Management Software.

Knowledge Powered Solutions implemented the KPS Knowledge Management Solution to power dynamic FAQs and web self-service in the i-zone, making information easier to find for students. The deployment was judged successful and is being expanded to internal systems—StudentNET and StaffNET—extending the solution to support 1,334 staff and the wider student community.
