SymphonyAI, a long-established provider of AI-enabled retail solutions, faced a fragmented competitive intelligence (CI) program: manual research, inconsistent tracking, and no way to measure intel’s impact. CEO Chris Koziol appointed Patty McDonald to build a formal CI capability and selected Klue’s competitive intelligence platform—using Klue’s battlecards, alerts, website monitoring, templated cards, boards and win/loss support—to centralize intel and standardize processes across sales, marketing and product teams.

Klue helped SymphonyAI roll out best-practice templates, crowdsourced collection and a scalable battlecard cadence, reducing maintenance to about 30 minutes a day while delivering broad adoption and executive visibility. The Klue implementation produced measurable gains: 1,000+ cards, up to 10X more competitive coverage, a 34% lift in overall win rate, 24% increase in competitive win rate, deals closing 75 days faster, and a 3X higher win rate when reps viewed key competitor battlecards.
