Stone Brewing, the craft brewery with taprooms, an online store, and nationwide retail distribution, needed a better way to connect its fragmented marketing and commerce tools and improve revenue from email. Its team had been using Mailchimp but struggled with attribution and spent time manually uploading subscribers, while also trying to tie together data from GoTab and Eventbrite.

Stone Brewing migrated to Shopify and Klaviyo to centralize customer data, automate sign-ups from GoTab and Eventbrite, and improve attribution across channels. With Klaviyo, the brewery launched targeted flows and segments that drove 62.8% year-over-year growth in revenue from flows, a 60% YoY increase in placed order rate on flows, and 25.8% of Eventbrite ticket revenue was attributed to Klaviyo; manual contact uploads dropped to zero.
