Pi Co., a fast-casual pizza chain with more than 20 locations in Ontario, Canada, needed a more scalable way to manage growing email and SMS marketing. Its campaigns were split across Square and another texting platform, making opt-in data hard to maintain and slowing SMS sends; the company wanted a single CRM and automation platform, so it turned to Klaviyo and its Square integration.
Klaviyo helped Pi Co. centralize email and SMS, build real-time automations, and improve segmentation for loyalty, location, and engagement. The results included 54% of Klaviyo revenue coming from flows year to date, 48% of flow revenue from SMS, 7 real-time metrics pulled in through the Square integration, and more than 17,000 new subscribers from a Pi Day promotion.
