Naturium implemented Smile.io with Klaviyo, along with Klaviyo Marketing Analytics, to connect loyalty data, ecommerce data, and CRM flows. Klaviyo helped Naturium launch its Consistency Club in a week and create targeted automations and offers, resulting in 169% quarter-over-quarter growth in Klaviyo-attributed loyalty point redemptions, with 64% of Smile.io redemptions and 42% of ecommerce revenue attributed to Klaviyo in Q1 2025.
