Klaviyo implemented Customer Hub as a branded sidebar on Ministry of Supply’s site, bringing together recently viewed items, order history, tracking, AI-powered recommendations, and more. The result has been over 12,000 self-serve support interactions in the last year, fewer email tickets per customer, and a faster launch in under five minutes, while also helping boost revenue per session through personalized cross-sell opportunities.
