Nomad, the ecommerce brand known for its portable charging accessories, was challenged by Apple and Google privacy changes that made paid advertising harder to measure and personalize. Klaviyo helped Nomad implement a post-purchase survey, email and SMS signup forms, and other onsite data collection tools to gather zero-party and first-party data. The survey achieved a 48% completion rate and revealed that 12% of customers came from friends and family, helping Nomad identify new growth channels and plan a referral program; Klaviyo’s predictive tools were then used to improve segmentation and personalized messaging.
