Klaviyo helped Filson manage email and SMS in one platform, segment customers using behavioral data, and measure multi-channel attribution more clearly. The results were strong: Filson generated 65K+ net new SMS subscribers in 2024, SMS revenue grew 3.5x year over year since its first month on Klaviyo SMS, and SMS drove 29% of total Klaviyo-attributed ecommerce revenue in 2024 YTD, with a 63% click rate on its first campaign.
