Coffee Beanery worked with Zettler Digital to consolidate email and SMS in Klaviyo, using Klaviyo forms, preference data, segmentation, and hybrid automated flows to stagger messages and reduce unsubscribes. The results were strong: 65x Klaviyo ROI in Q4 2024, 29% YoY growth in Klaviyo-attributed revenue, 47% of ecommerce revenue from Klaviyo, 27% growth in email list size, 124% growth in SMS list size, and a 39% drop in unsubscribe rates.
