Caitlyn Minimalist, a jewelry brand that grew from Etsy into a multichannel ecommerce and retail business, needed better control over customer communications as it scaled. Using Klaviyo’s B2C CRM, the brand wanted to improve order-status updates, reduce customer service inquiries, and build stronger direct relationships beyond the marketplace experience.

Klaviyo helped Caitlyn Minimalist launch an owned ecommerce funnel with Shopify and automate transactional messaging across Shopify and ShipStation, then expand into SMS and Klaviyo Customer Hub. The results included 144% YoY growth in Klaviyo-attributed revenue, 51% YoY ecommerce revenue growth, and more than 80% list growth, plus a 90% YoY drop in traffic to the static Shopify Accounts page and fewer order-status support requests.
