Blank Label is a Boston-based maker of stylish, custom men’s clothing with two retail showrooms. As the business expanded from pure eCommerce into physical showrooms, leadership identified that showroom buyers behaved differently from online shoppers — they buy higher-ticket items but require more education and engagement — and needed a way to specifically target and grow showroom orders and appointment bookings.
Blank Label integrated purchase, support, appointment and analytics data into Klaviyo and used segmentation, targeted newsletters, automated rep follow-ups and Google Analytics tracking to tailor content to showroom versus online customers. The change cut a segmentation task from five hours to five minutes, made each targeted send highly effective (one showroom send can generate ~15 appointments), improved key metrics and revenue attribution, and established segmented email marketing as a core revenue driver.
