Fuel Made built a 12-step post-purchase autoresponder flow (built in Klaviyo) featuring order confirmations, a friendly thank-you, segmented how-to videos tied to specific purchases, a social invite, and timed replenishment reminders with an auto-add-to-cart button. The always-on, personalized series strengthened brand affinity and delivered a 2.7% conversion rate in 2017, generating meaningful automated revenue and repeat business.
