Bob’s Watches, the largest pre-owned luxury watch exchange, faced rising retail prices during the pandemic and needed a way to ensure customers buying watches under $15,000 could access financing. They partnered with Klarna, integrating Klarna’s financing programs plus onsite messaging and affiliate shopping tools to make flexible payments visible throughout the shopping journey.

Klarna provided 12–36 month long-term financing, 0% interest options, On-Site Messaging, and co-marketing via the Klarna Shopping affiliate platform; implementation drove measurable results: 9% of orders used Klarna, a $6,145 average order value, 97.8% new customers, and a lift in younger buyers (ages 18–24 and 25–34) and women (10%). Klarna’s solutions expanded Bob’s Watches’ traffic, conversions, and access to first-time buyers.
