The results: an 11% increase in conversion rate, a 10% reduction in checkout drop‑offs, a 20% rise in average order value with On‑site messaging, a 40% increase in orders from Klarna marketing, EU sales up 102% YoY, Klarna accounting for 39% of MCM’s US e‑commerce sales, and over 20% of monthly orders coming from returning MCM x Klarna customers.
