Adore Beauty, Australia’s number one pure-play online beauty retailer, faced the challenge of re-engaging distracted shoppers, offering more flexible payment options, and lifting average order value (AOV) to attract and convert new customers. To address this, Adore Beauty partnered with Klarna and implemented Klarna’s Pay in 4 solution to let customers split purchases into four interest-free payments.

Klarna complemented Pay in 4 with a rewards campaign and co‑marketing (co‑branded EDMs, Instagram posts, Klarna app placements, and performance marketing) to drive traffic and conversions. The campaign delivered measurable impact: a 66% increase in AOV, a 25x rise in orders paid with Klarna, nearly 1,500 Klarna orders in week one and 2,000 in week two, and a significant overall uplift in orders.
