Juiced Bikes, a California-based high-performance e-bike brand, faced checkout drop-off on its high average order value (AOV) purchases and wanted to boost sales during low-volume periods. To address this, Juiced Bikes partnered with Klarna and implemented Klarna’s 0% APR financing product to make purchases more accessible to customers.

By offering Klarna’s 0% APR financing, Juiced Bikes achieved powerful results: overall volume uplifts of over 50% and AOV lifts of more than 20%. Klarna’s share of checkout (SoC) rose from 10% to ~23%, and the promotion drove 30 incremental new customers with new customer penetration increasing from 72% to 82%.
