Leading CPG Brand Company, a highly regulated consumer goods brand with nearly 40 years of experience, needed a better way to engage new customers after finding that most contact was lost within the first 60 days. Working with Kitewheel and its customer experience Hub, the company set out to create a personalized, compliant welcome program that could identify preferences, optimize cadence, and drive customers back to the brand’s website.
