Red Kite Community Housing puts tenants first by implementing Kirona’s scheduling & mobile solutions

Red Kite Community Housing, which manages more than 6,700 homes, struggled with inefficient, non-integrated mobile working: tablet job forms sat on devices until manually uploaded and job allocation was done in a separate scheduling system, making it hard to match staff to tenant availability. After reviewing four providers, Red Kite chose Kirona and its Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) and Job Manager mobile solution to tackle scheduling, allocation and in‑situ job capture.

Kirona implemented a phased rollout of DRS and Job Manager, integrating custom job forms with Red Kite’s housing management system to provide a real‑time single view of planned and responsive work. The solution removed manual data imports, reduced downtime between appointments, improved booking around tenant needs, and delivered better visibility of job volumes and durations to inform resourcing — benefitting operations across Red Kite’s 6,700+ homes.
