Places for People, one of the UK's largest property management, development and regeneration groups, needed to make customer services more responsive across 63,000 properties and 200,000 customers in 230 local locations. To improve first‑time fixes and cut administration and travel, Places for People adopted mobile workforce applications and handheld tablets provided by Kirona (in partnership with Northgate) for its field teams.
Kirona’s mobile solution was rolled out to over 400 field-based staff, giving on-site access to information and enabling faster job completion. The Kirona deployment reduced administration, travel and job completion times, improved first-time problem resolution and made customer visits noticeably more efficient for staff across the Group.
