Notting Hill Genesis Working with Kirona to Streamline Repairs & Maintenance Workforce Management with Dynamic Resource Scheduling

Notting Hill Genesis, one of the UK’s largest housing associations managing tens of thousands of homes across London and the south-east, faced the challenge of coordinating thousands of weekly repairs and maintenance requests across a wide geography while minimising wasted visits and maximising tenant satisfaction. To address this, Notting Hill Genesis engaged Kirona and selected its web-based Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) to integrate with the association’s existing housing and repairs systems.

Kirona implemented DRS for 42 trade operatives, giving planners real-time visibility of mobile workers’ calendars, more accurate job allocation, and the ability to offer optimal appointment slots with email/SMS confirmations to reduce “no-access” jobs. The Kirona solution improved operational efficiency and customer service by streamlining scheduling, increasing field productivity and responsiveness, and reducing wasted appointments across Notting Hill Genesis’s large housing stock.
