Kirona Mobilise Tenant Management System for Severn Vale Housing

Severn Vale Housing needed a way for housing officers to access Orchard housing-management data securely while visiting tenants so they would not have to keep returning to the head office. To address this, field workforce software vendor Kirona deployed its Job Scheduling and Management (Job Manager) / Mobilise tenant-management capabilities to mobilise tenancy processes and support on‑site access to case information.

Kirona integrated a mobile solution with Severn Vale’s Orchard back end (with support from Manifest Software Solutions), initially mobilising the rent-arrears process so officers can view cases, complete assessments on site and automatically sync changes to the back office. The Kirona deployment delivered greater case visibility, faster operational turnaround, reduced need for office returns and improved customer service, with rapid deployment and plans to extend the rollout.
