Phoenix Community Housing, a London housing association managing over 6,000 homes, faced limited visibility of its field service teams and inefficient one-hour slot scheduling that led to overruns and missed appointments. To address this, they chose Kirona and implemented Kirona’s DRS Scheduler (Dynamic Resource Scheduling) alongside Kirona InfoSuite to better track operatives and manage daily job allocation.

Kirona’s DRS Scheduler now auto-allocates jobs to operatives based on proximity and other criteria and InfoSuite provides live and historic productivity reporting, enabling smarter redeployment and oversight. As a result, Phoenix Community Housing completed 7% more repairs year-on-year, reduced Service Team headcount by 8 (redeploying staff and cutting contractor use), saved over £135k, cut average job completion from 13 to 6.83 days, and achieved 100% tenant satisfaction.
