Cruden Property Services (Cruden) needed to replace an aging in‑house works management system and implement future‑proof job scheduling and mobile working to boost workforce performance. After a 12‑month procurement process Cruden selected Kirona as prime contractor (with partner ROCC) to deliver job scheduling and mobile working alongside ROCC UniClass for works management.

Kirona implemented its DRS Scheduler and a Mobile Service & Repair solution integrated with ROCC UniClass, enabling operatives to receive jobs on handheld devices, update lifecycle statuses (Accept, Arrived, Start, Incomplete, Complete), capture photos and signatures, record stock and SOR changes, and implicitly generate timesheets. Kirona’s solution has streamlined job costing, stock control and invoicing, improved scheduling visibility and lone‑worker safety, and reduced administrative overheads—delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and workforce performance.
