BrightHouse, the UK's leading rent-to-own retailer with around 3,000 employees and over 300 stores, needed to better connect its central team with field-based Customer Agent Advisers so accurate, up-to-date customer and account information could flow securely and processes could be streamlined to improve service. BrightHouse engaged Kirona and implemented Kirona’s Job Manager mobile application alongside Kirona’s InfoSuite management information software to address these challenges.
Kirona’s Job Manager and InfoSuite gave Customer Agent Advisers real-time access to account information, credit agreements and customer data, eradicated paperwork by automatically posting field-collected information into core systems, and triggered necessary follow-up actions. As a result Kirona’s solution empowered advisers, delivered real-time actionable insight, streamlined processes, reduced costs and improved efficiency, productivity and overall customer service for BrightHouse.
