A Kirona Case Study
Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people, faced a paper-based, manual process for health and safety inspections across its sheltered housing schemes and a 781-strong field workforce. To replace time-consuming paper schedules and improve control of recurring checks (eg, Legionella tests and communal tap inspections), Anchor selected Kirona and piloted Kirona’s Job Manager scheduling software and InfoSuite analytics.
Kirona implemented Job Manager to generate and allocate periodic inspection tasks directly to officers’ devices and InfoSuite to give managers real-time visibility and reporting on job completion and results. The deployment eliminated paper searches, enabled immediate confirmation of completed checks, allowed managers to spot missed inspections and reduce risk, and is being rolled out across Anchor’s remaining schemes by Kirona alongside partner Northgate Public Services.
