Kipsu’s solution enabled two‑way SMS for arrival/room‑ready alerts, luggage handling, and a “Go Green” opt‑in (skip housekeeping for extra IHG Rewards points). The results: 30+ rooms elected the Go Green option, cutting housekeeping workload and resource use, smoothing operations when staff were short, and improving guest satisfaction and staff morale—demonstrating Kipsu’s measurable impact on both service and efficiency.
