To address this gap, Visa engaged Khoros and its Khoros Community platform to redesign and reorient the community experience toward developer support and interaction.

Working with Khoros, Visa customized the community design to match its brand, put forums front and center, added gamification and recognition, and used Khoros data to focus on high‑traffic resources. The Khoros solution drove measurable impact: +124% increase in users, +1,300% increase in Kudos, a +25% CHI score lift, greater user satisfaction, and the ability for Visa to staff up and better manage community engagement.
