How Unit4 puts customers first with Khoros Community

Unit4, a global enterprise‑software company moving to the cloud, needed a better way to support customers beyond a static partner portal—enabling peer-to-peer interaction, self‑service, product updates, feedback collection and best‑practice sharing. To meet those goals Unit4 partnered with Khoros to build a dedicated, private customer community using Khoros Community and Khoros Community Strategy Services.

Working with Khoros, Unit4 launched a private Khoros community with gamification, moderation best practices and member recognition (including podcast interviews), driving self‑service and peer support that reduced support volume. The results: ~45% more visits and ~46% more page views year‑over‑year, engagement more than doubled, solution views up 126%, solutions up 102% and community posts up 143%—demonstrating strong measurable impact from the Khoros implementation.
