How Qlik optimized their community with Khoros

Qlik, a data analytics and integration software leader, faced the challenge of scaling and modernizing its long‑running Qlik Community to better support a rapidly growing user base and a more proactive, company‑wide moderation and employee participation model. To meet those needs, Qlik moved off Jive and chose Khoros, deploying Khoros Community (with Professional Services support) to provide an enterprise‑grade, scalable platform for its customers, partners, developers and employees.

Khoros migrated and enabled a rebuilt Qlik Community—working with Qlik (and implementation partner Grazitti) to deliver a refreshed UX, moderation framework and ongoing optimization via Khoros Professional Services. The results were measurable: community membership jumped from 58K to 85K in year one and now exceeds 100K (70% YoY growth), case volume dropped ~25%, and employee engagement rose ~25%, alongside hundreds of rapid UI/UX improvements that increased overall community value.
