Case Study: Live Nation boosts ticket sales and maintains a unified brand voice with Khoros

A Khoros Case Study

Preview of the Live Nation Case Study

How Live Nation Uses Khoros to Boost Ticket Sales and Maintain Brand Voice

Live Nation, the world’s largest producer of events with 325 social media accounts, 133 users, and more than 32,000 artists to promote, faced inefficiencies from its hub-and-spoke marketing model: central teams created content but local marketers had to download, copy, and schedule natively across networks, causing slow collaboration, inconsistent brand voice, and a lack of aggregated performance data. To solve this, Live Nation deployed Khoros’ digital customer engagement software and campaign planning tools.

Using Khoros, Live Nation’s central team now drafts, schedules, and distributes content via a Daily Content Feed that pushes posts into local marketers’ calendars for publish-as-is or local edits, while Khoros’ reporting dashboards aggregate analytics across accounts. The result: 2x faster content creation and distribution, 20% higher engagement on pages using the Daily Content Feed, 30% more content shared year-over-year, and clearer tracking of engagement, views, and ticket-sale conversions—helping Live Nation better promote tours and sell tickets.
