Using Khoros and its community platform, Atlassian aimed to support go-to-market strategies through a long-running community program that had been operating since 2006 and moved to Khoros in 2017.
Khoros helped Atlassian grow and manage its community at scale with tools for engagement, membership programs, and superuser participation. The results included a 53% increase in group membership, a 33.71% rise in community visits, more than 19 million unique visitors, 270,000+ posts, and 390 active superusers driving engagement.
