Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity leader, needed to expand and modernize its LIVEcommunity to streamline customer service, accelerate knowledge sharing, and keep customers up-to-date on rapidly evolving threats. To build a scalable digital hub that connects IT and security professionals worldwide, Palo Alto Networks partnered with Khoros and deployed a Khoros community platform to centralize forums, resources, and contributor recognition.

Khoros helped evolve LIVEcommunity into a collaborative, self-service resource with localized tools, alerts, and curated content; the result was rapid engagement and measurable business impact. Since the relaunch, LIVEcommunity grew to more than 350,000 members, saw a 73.6% increase in unique visitors, a 33.3% increase in page views, a 97% average response rate on its most active forum, and 71% of posts replied to by customers and partners — with 38% of members reporting successful support outcomes in 2022.
