Marks & Spencer deploys Robin, Keonn’s RFID robot

Marks & Spencer needed a better way to manage inventory and track item locations across its stores. Working with Keonn Technologies, the retailer deployed Robin, Keonn’s autonomous RFID robot, to support inventory visibility in two London stores.

Keonn Technologies implemented Robin on the sales floor alongside AdvanTrack-500 in the backstore, enabling automatic daily inventory counts and item location tracking. The result was higher inventory accuracy, better customer service, improved efficiency, and increased sales, with the Stevenage store’s two Robin units also personalized as “Collin and Connie the COUNTING-Pillar.”
