Walgreens partnered with Kenshoo to expand its social presence from Facebook to Instagram and create an omni-channel experience. The challenge was to support the new channel with the same staff while maintaining performance goals and without increasing time spent on creation, management, optimization, or reporting.
Using Kenshoo to rapidly launch Instagram ads and gather early learnings, the team leveraged bulk actions and filters to quickly identify top- and under-performing creatives and adjust bids and budgets. The approach delivered cost-efficient video view campaigns, achieving CPVs $0.12 below benchmark.
