Faced with typical performance metrics (CPA, CPL, CPC) that didn’t reflect the business value of different user interactions, the team needed a way to quantify and prioritize traffic by the real contribution each touchpoint made to the site’s goals.
Using Kenshoo, they implemented a custom pixel to attribute hypothetical revenue by interaction type, restructured accounts and bid policies across search and social, and built dashboards to monitor conversion distribution. Since full deployment in June they scaled investment 238% and delivered a 442% increase in revenue, 413% more conversions, a 186% lift in ROI and a 42% reduction in CPA.
