Pervorm Drives Scalable Customer Acquisition for FrieslandCampina in Vietnam

FrieslandCampina’s Friso brand, a leading infant and toddler nutrition product, faced intense competition in Vietnam that made communicating USPs and acquiring customers at scale costly. Dutch performance agency Pervorm was engaged to manage search campaigns with the specific challenge of growing lead volume while keeping cost per acquisition (CPA) within target as scaling efforts began to drive up CPA.

Pervorm moved campaigns to the Kenshoo Search platform and used U‑shaped attribution, Kenshoo Portfolio Optimization, budget forecasting and Kenshoo Universal Channel to measure Cốc Cốc (a low‑cost local engine). The result: conversions rose 482% over eight months (+36% month‑over‑month on average) with CPA just 3% higher (still within target); Cốc Cốc delivered CPAs 80% lower and 6% more conversions versus Google and Bing.
