Stitch Fix partnered with digital agency Ovative/Group to launch its first Facebook marketing program with the goal of learning social marketing, generating offsite signups through targeted messaging, and lowering cost-per-lead.
Using the Kenshoo Suite, the team implemented structured naming templates, audience suggestions and connection targeting, bulk-editing and creative permutation testing, and campaign analytics to optimize budgets. The campaign drove a 247% increase in leads, 150% growth in page likes, a 64% lift in click-through rate, and a 13% reduction in cost-per-lead; a Connection Targeting approach in particular lifted conversion rate 141% while cutting cost-per-lead by 27%.
