Lowe’s, a global home improvement retailer with over 2,300 stores and a top-30 e-commerce site, needed to scale its Facebook Dynamic Ads after a successful pilot. Resolution Media’s goal was to increase spend fivefold and deliver personalized product ads across a large catalog, but the team had no additional resources for manual optimization.

Resolution Media deployed Kenshoo’s Portfolio Optimization to automate hourly bid and budget adjustments and used a custom ROI metric (100% click-through revenue + 50% view-through revenue) tracked via the Facebook Pixel. The automation enabled 6× more campaigns with no extra optimization time, a 5× daily budget increase, $6M in revenue (and $7.1M on Cyber Monday), an 11% lift in retargeting reach, 31% average quarterly revenue growth in 2016, plus an 8.7% QoQ click increase and 2.8% lower CPC.
