Kenshoo KPO Significantly Grows Fortune 25 Retailer’s Performance

Kenshoo worked with a Fortune 25 retailer to improve paid-search performance through MediaVest, addressing two main challenges: reduce non‑converting spend and increase revenue from top-performing keywords, and simultaneously drive more traffic while controlling or lowering cost‑per‑click.

Kenshoo deployed two KPO models: a Profit KPO to optimize for ROI and cut waste, and a Traffic KPO to boost clicks while managing CPC. The Profit KPO lifted ROI from 3.79 to 13.78 (a 263.6% increase, cited as ROI 264%), while the Traffic KPO grew daily clicks from 3,203 to 5,925 (+85%) and lowered average CPC from $1.05 to $0.88 (−16.2%), meeting the ~$0.90 CPC target.
