Beyond the Rack, a private flash‑sale shopping club for designer apparel, partnered with Bright Forest Media to drive new member acquisition through Facebook ads. Their challenge was to lower CPA while improving return on ad spend (ROAS), test how evergreen creative performed, and scale campaign management and optimization to better promote daily sales.

Using Kenshoo’s social workflow tools, the team built and rotated sale‑specific Facebook campaigns daily, refreshed creative to focus on product‑specific messaging, and streamlined QA and reporting to handle dozens of campaigns at scale. The result: ROAS nearly tripled, CPA rose only slightly but remained below target, and ad relevance and click‑through rates increased, enabling more efficient scaling of Facebook efforts.
